In addition, an UPS agent advised me after the investigation information was sent to Fashion Nova to advised I never received my order and UPS was waiting on them to reply so my case can be closed. I'll never spend a $1 there ever. They issued a gift care which I have not and will not use. I said, refund me my money, to I can shop else where. I pleaded with them that another gift card is useless if I have to endure the same disappointment. Using the store credit, I order the same items 4 times and never received them, while Fashion Nova has my f**king money. I ordered the same items again, same story. I asked for a full refund, they refused citing that their refund policy only gives store credit. I reached out and they said that there was an issue with the shipping company, which they have no control over. I reached out to the company and they said there was a delay with the shipping. Though FN took my money for shipping and taxes and duties, I am yet to receive those items. \r\nIn June 2022, I placed an order for some items.
